When this vital information is required, it will help those making the necessary arrangements fulfil your wishes after you have gone.
Once complete, keep this information in a safe place known to at least two members of your family and friends. As added safe keeping of the information, if you prefer we will make a copy of this information and keep it on file for you and your family or those making arrangements. Once again we suggest you tell your family if we are holding the information on your behalf.
