Late of Pittsworth. Passed away at the Toowoomba Base Hospital on Sunday, 30th December, 2012.
Aged 58 Years
Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend Mate's Funeral Service to be held at the Petrie School of Arts Hall, 1026 Anzac Avenue Petrie, on Monday, 7th January, 2013 commencing at 11.00am, prior to an Interment at the Pinnaroo Lawn Cemetery, Bridgeman Downs.
