Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend Adrian's Funeral Service to be held at the Christian Outreach Centre, 34 Hickey Road, Caboolture on Monday, 31st December, 2012 commencing at 10.30am, prior to a Private Cremation at the Great Northern Garden of Remembrance Crematorium, Deception Bay.
